I think it's deep anxiety at mentioning about him finding someone he loves and the idea it wouldn't be him. Just panic attack moment at imagining him being with someone else. I think so anyway.

3Q (San-Q) is the 'Internet slang' for Chinese people use to say Thank you, cause in chinese 3 (San) sounds like thank and Q just sounds like you.
