Idk man... Yacchan character development is really great, SUPER GREAT even. But we all can see that Toono has already land his romantic feelings on this capyshimabara. Well... it might be the author doing us the favor of carving out the clarity little by little until we see the huge gap, that's why every bit of Yacchan is accompanied by bits of Kashima. It's like the author tries to smoothen the process of how Toono could finally choose between Yacchan n Kashima, and changed from passively being loved to actively loving someone. It's two different side of romance... But I just want these bois to be happy
I personally think it's a solid move... Since I'd be upset too if the author made some chapters dedicated for Yacchan x Toono route, and they both were doing so so well and so sweet, but then BAM the next chapters is Kashima x Toono full course. That'd surely tipped the balance too far n too sudden. As for now, I appreciate the subtlety of the tipping balance
I F-KIN LOVE THIS SERIES AGSGSH Seriously it's so unhinged (especially the female lead loll) that it's like a fever dream. We have the enemies to lovers, a gorgeous Dilf Vilmar, old man yaoi, historical GL, slave AU, Omegaverse undertone, etc., all cooking simultaneously, dayum It's like a buy 1 get the whole store. Though the main plot is quite typical, it still managed to force us to think the unthinkable.
My cortisol level is fluctuating reading this. The mother is a complete nutcase, though this might be coming from the daughter's depiction, still, a real occuring incidents of abuses to that extent is not normal. Childe abuse, domestic violence, physical attack, verbal attack, stalking, privacy violation, manipulation, fabrication...Like, could u just pick a thing. Bless her father tho, he's the chad

F*CK I WASN'T READY. AND I'M NOT READY YET
