Reincarnation romance manwha. MC had 3 or 4 suitors I think and she will always reincarnate around that time. She married one of the suitors that is rich but she couldn't enjoy her life. She married another and they became poor. The last one that she married, she became happy but that guy was also reincarnated multiple times. He's the ML. ML actually married the MC multiple times but MC would suddenly die and the root cause of it all is because of a curse from eating a fruit that was planted by the ML's mother.

It's heavily implied, almost confirmed. He was the one at the auction house and him asking FL while in disguise to be his Queen was in reference to the macrosa Queen since he would be blowing his cover if he casually asked a woman to be his Queen as in marrying him. Also the hidden underworld bosses are usually the characters who wear the bubbly/kind personality mask, and we see their switch to true self in a scene where Mc cannot see them. It's 99% true.
