Yeah, from what I heard it happened with everyone that didn't tag or rate the mangas in their lists ;-; most of mine are gone too since I don't have the habit of doing that, been slowly collecting again
I recommend keeping track in a site like anime list or kitsu (the one I use), having most things saved there is what kept me sane after losing 10 years worth of lists of mangas
