He never said her husband has the right to hit her. The unke and the woman are two different cases with two different reasons for the violence, though it seems the husband wasn't hitting her that hard. But anyway it is wrong and the seme also said so. He gave her an advice for what might probably solve the problem. He knew that she was overly familiar but wasn't really seeing it as any problem and he knew that the man she is with would not like it. So by telling her that, she has the chance to become a bit more concious about it and maybe it even resolves the problem. But he said if she still wants to leave him he can help her. I don't see the problem, he can't sleep with everyone who is to be pittied. And they have had nothing to do with each other for 10 years, still neither the seme, nor the uke looked away from her problem, but I also understand, that it doesn't go to your heart entirely when it's someone so distant.

He could've been understanding. There is better way to express ur concern. The way he put was wrong. Point blank. He doesn't have to sleep what her. He has the right to say no. I think hes understand, hes the type who analyze coldly and be blunt at everything like commenter before me said. He know the woman problem is as serious as the uke and abuse is wrong, i think he said it at some point. he just want to hear both side of the story, not just "the husband abuse her, hes wrong!". But well its his personality, we dont know if he rly dont care or not based on his dialouge no?. And another factor is cuz his lover is there. He looks like the type who want to avoid any form of misunderstanding that can happen, especially since he know the uke is so insecure. He even admit it himself right? "When u in relationship, try to avoid things that make ur lover misunderstood". The woman alrdy come to him the wrong way (hug him), i think he just feel the need to distance any possible things that lead to misunderstanding, especially cuz his insecure uke is there. I understand how u think hes like double standard but since we dont have his point of view, we cant instantly go saying he doesnt care.
