I may be reaching here but I’m guessing Nadia has that “Swan Heart” (maybe a condensed form of mana/power) that Livenia was killed for. They probs lost it when Livenia died so they figured out that they need to extract it from the living body that’s why they are looking at Nadia like that. Or maybe it’s Heinrich who has that “Swan Heart” and they mistakenly killed Livenia instead simply because she was in the carriage. I think that heir to the duke seeing and controlling mana is a sign that their bloodline has been mages or have some affinity with magic and seeing as how mages have been depicted and how the young heir acted when Nadia revealed that she can see mana, they must be obsessed with achieving more power/magic or finding out more about it.
If the “Swan Heart” was within Livenia it’s possible that that same power transferred her soul into a vacant body or created a body for her in the name of self preservation because she did not want to die, she wanted to see Henrich and congratulate him. That was the last thought she had as she died. She used its power unknowingly.
