I didnt know someone other than me lived like this too. tbh, i dont have an answer for this—i live in a constant state of distraction. distracting myself from making a single thought about anything through my phone. its a losing battle since i literally feel myself getting dumber from it but if i just stop for a single moment, i might make a mist......
