Have so much potential to be phenomenal but fell short in the exposition of some plot details. The world building and characterization were great. The characters felt human with their own greed desires and decisions. The setting was convincing with its own culture legend and history. But it lacked the necessary nuanced detailing to sustain this kind of vast and explorative world. Its like theres an overload of information of the plot but too little time to actually delve into it completely hence theres this feeling that something fell short or lacking feeling at the end

Mc is a lover of horror amd loves to read creepy pastas. There is one really popular creepy pastas i think amd he goes to the there to buy merch when onw of the event is to get a job class. He gets the most difficult one and somehow ends up in that creepy pastas, now he has a job to go through other popular creepy pastas and no die while earning money

Our mc, kim soleum, is a fan of a popular horror wiki creepypasta which is DER (Darkness Exploration Records). There was a pop up event so as a (hardcore) fan he decided to go. While in there, there was an event using a roulette where the 1st place price is they will get to create their own character from 3 major factions of DER (Feel free to scroll further down if your curious what are the 3 major faction) that will be canonically included on the wiki. Soleum tried it thinking he don't expect much only to win the said 1st price. As he registered himself and got an id from daydream corp as a reward, he got "isekai'd" in the DER universe as an employee at the orientation of Daydream.
Now our dear main character has to WORK in daydream and collect as much and as high dream essence as possible to get a wish ticket and go back home. Yes, he know "all" ghost stories of this world and how to survive and destroy (cuz wits) it but he is a COWARD so yeah.
There are 3 major factions in this DER Universe that is kse can have a chance to win from the roulette.
First faction would be the one he won a prize to which is from the Daydream Corp.. This is where his working at.
Second faction as already mention earlier in this manhwa is the Disaster Management Bureau

Yes, they can be considered as "fictional" people to the mc as some of the characters were mentioned previous times by the wiki, but because how human they are, the mc doesnt consider them just as a fictional chracter but a living breathing human being same as him.
As for the Daydream Inc, theyre not exactly a creepy pasta story, but more of a group that is part of the story. Take example: Fnaf entertainment, Playtime co. from Poppy playtime, or even SCP foundation- although all three are companies from a franchise that are involved with the story, the company itself IS NOT a creepypasta ghost story
Yep, other than our mc, they are all fictional people from DER. There are 2 types of fictional people here in DER, those that are;
Named Characters, such as Baek Saheon (DER: Viper) and Chief Lizard (DER: Employee D). Being a named character technically means they are a major character cause they are included in many ghost story entries on the DER Wiki.
Second would be those "Extras/Canon Fooder" Characters, in which their name isnt even mentioned and probably just included on words like them, they, etc. Examples could be Go Youngeon, Eun Haje and Park Minseong.
In short, kse is the only "transmigrator" here in DER Universe and everyone is just fictional... although as what above me has mentioned, kse cant really view them now as fictional
So lemme get this straight, DER is like a wiki (like creepypasta) then daydream inc is like in ghost entries its a common name for a company used by different authors as added element in their stories (like commin multiverse thing) then in DER there are creepy pasta ghost entries that people writes, then in those ghost entries with an established storyline and plot, people can also write like their own “fanfic” / anomalies/ entries(?) of certain stories, like a what if experience in that storyline?
Im in the hide and seek convinience store part. And am confused how could there be different scenarios to solve the ghost story or smth. Im thinking that like one ghostt story (for example slenderman) and in the DER wiki, different people can write their own version of that. OR the same author writes different versions to solve the ghost story of smth.

Yep, you're right. Daydream Inc is one of the organizations used by the DER Wiki authors to create ghost story entries. And yes, everyone can write their entries under an already established ghost story. There can be different authors for entries written under an already established ghost story. Those entries can either be an add-on to the og ghost story plot, an anomaly or an escape record. I wouldnt really call it a "what if scenario" as it all entries written are part of the established plot of that ghost story after all, a "ghost story entries" for written for fun from DER Authors is an "Exploration Record Lifeline" for the DER Universe that they used to escape the said darkness.
