They don't end up together, at least in what i saw, the red head prepared to go see the top and he was with another person and when he saw the red head he intentionally kissed the other dude (who was obviously into the top). Ofc red head saw that and left running and i think maybe crying? But he looked hurt. I hate him but i couldn't help feel sad
