man I'm in love with this, it's so beautiful and i love the story, i cry a lot because of a lot of things, and i never cry until now because of a webtoon, man i like every character, lucas, ezekiel (i think that's his name), jeannete, the maid's, athy, everyone and even claude. i think that's a good reason why he killed athy in the first story, he suffer so much because of her mother, and he try to erase every memory of her, and seeing (i hope that's the right word) athy makes he suffer even more, so when he gets the chance to kill her (because she "poison" jeannete) he don't think twice, I'm not saying that what he do was right, but I'm trying to understand, because I'm liking him now and in the first story he isn't close to athy, so of course he would kill her without remorse. actually his hate towards Athy is just on the surface the first and current life of Athy is just the same. Even tho Claude feels hate he still feels for Athy as she is his and Diana's daughter. You are right, so many comments about it's unfair for arjen that he got only half of mana than arien...this is shoujo manga of course it will focus more to girl perspective...if you really want to read a ridiculous power of guy mc then go read shounen manga...there were a lots manga that potrayed that type of guy mc that it's so cliche...while the female mc just act like a damsel of distress waiting for a hero to save her...
People want it to be equal. No one has to be more superior than the other, especially when there's a fun concept of twins. Arjen hardly has a POV. Its all about Arien. It would be nicer if they focused on Arjen too since we don't know much about what he thinks
Have a different amount of mana doesn't mean that the power is not equal for both twins...I think their power compliment each other since they both have one & same guardian...mana is needed for magic power & maybe it was arien's duty to have healing power & protect arjen with magic power while arjen fighting with a sword. Arjen himself said that he will excel in swordmanship.
