So...basically an active skill he is constantly spamming? Either he will get better at it enough to be able to cause winds or vacuums, or it will increase his normal level, right? ...It would explain why his 'level is so high'.

...So, what is the hamster thing? I thought it was a robot at first, but it eats and wouldn't it have been destroyed in that attack? So cyborg (since eye)...but how did that attack not also target it? The eye has to be reasonably advanced at least, and it seems too intelligent to be pure hamster intelligence...

Entertaining, but very similar plot-wise and feel to Hero of the Three Continents.
