I may not remember some details between updates but it feels like they're ignoring an elephant in the room (the guy come back from army and still have feelings for him)?? I thought that feeding from someone is intimate process, and the older guy knows about his feelings, yet he didn't bring it up since they start living together again but offered his blood himself. it's nothing bad for me, just curious.
When vampire dude ripped up the contract, he told him not to worry about any of that stuff. I.e. the feelings. He really likes Changdeok and doesn't want to make him uncomfortable, which is why he kept refusing the blood.
Changdeok just kept offering his blood because hes nosey and wants to know what will happen.
