Reading this sequel from the first one made me feel icky for some reason. I enjoy the dynamics of open mindedness of their relationship, but with the side stories from the first manga made this feel fake and how they are going deep into the relationship as a physical dynamic. Yes, the author plays with the mc being a Dom bottom but the way he discovered being an omega to now makes it hard to swallow. I don't know how to feel now that I've reread everything....
Exactly what the title claims. Most are isekai or reincarnation, but there is some other slice of life or sports in there as well. Some of them are gems as well but anyhow. (Forgot to add horror) Also, these are only going to have my elite favorites, cuz i'm not gonna go half-assing this list recommending random ass webtoons and mangas that 'might' fit the description.
