He's not really so into her rn n since the probability of her getting pregnant is so low, that could at least explain why he's gotten so angry. However I personally don't like the words he said, they were so harsh and it's not something you'd say to your WIFE. Remember guys he has always been bad with expressing himself he thinks that only actions can prove the deeper meaning, but it's not true he needs to learn first how to talk.
Although the ML personality is a shitty one, I'm looking forward to the change within him, in that kind of stories what's so important is the personality development
