I got really bored by reading a lot of yaoi but this- I have to tell has a good story, great twist and beautiful art. Unlike some psychological manga where rape, abuse, etc. is present, this one made me love the story and the characters. Seno is so pitiful for me, he's so beautiful and cute

Another theory is that, I think Yuuji is the reincarnation of Sukuna or a descendant which only makes Yuuji a rare vessel for Sukuna. In one of the recent chapters choso briefly says something about the brain and how yuuji didnt see it to yuuji before yuuta and that other dude came. So maybe the brain possessed one of yuujis parents before settling in getos body.
