I too want to get back to the main story but these off hand chaps, I actually like. Let’s me see more of Haesoo’s development as a character. Maybe something here will be motivation in the future for a new conflict. Idk, I seriously love this story.
Or these could be filler chaps to get us to the proper runtime? The author could be at a standstill on the main story so these side chaps are to keep interest while they figure out what to do to tie everything together? I will take it if it means we get a KILLLER ending :-)

because it shows how closed off emotionally he is to dohu. he doesnt want to get attched to dohu again. skin-to-skin contact is intimate, like when baby to mother the first time the mother gives birth
