Well as far I read.. yes the timeline is the same eventhough the events in the manhwa are taking way longer then the novel.. but the thing is in the novel there are plenty of lovey-dovey moments and smexy hot chapters while considering that the manhwa is shonen-ai I guess they will keep things here simple and focused more on sihyeon.
