I'm not one for romance in these stories but blue hair girl is by far the most digestible love interest yet. She can actually fight and even has a competitive streak that uses him as a motivator to get stronger. While she does have a small crush on him so far I don't think it would go anywhere anytime soon because he doesn't seem like a character interested in romance at this point.
Author needs to have a meet the families chapter cause there's no way you can miss that opportunity for entertainment (▰˘◡˘▰)

I think they do since its mentioned when that one dudes like go see if he has a skill. So I think maybe its uncommon/rare and MC is just trying to keep on the down low yk?
In the "real" world, where the hunter corps are-- only dungeon monsters have skills. but in the alternate fantasy world, there are mages and such that have sills (like minjoon being a dark mage).
In the fantasy world, the monsters don't come from dungeons (don't fact check me on this) but they just live in that world generally.
So that was the conspiracy for a bit in the hunter corps, that minjoon had skills-- which would make him like the monsters they fight (which is why he hides his skills)
