So I know the whole "users have no life" but like I thought I was bad with my low hundreds. When I first checked someone's account last year I was shocked to see someone having read 3000, wanting to read 6000, etc etc.
I'm currently going through my lists and "downsizing", only keeping manga I enjoy rereading or have significant memories/feelings towards. Anyone else do this, and if so, what tags are you surprised you used to like and now hate? Me personally, teacher × student.
Idk about other ppl, but for me, I put everything I've read on my lists, whether I dropped it at one chapter or finished it at 100 - everything goes on the reading list. Because I read so many over a long period of time, I tend to forget what I've already read and what the stories are about. Having them placed in my reading list with tags and notes makes it easier to remember. It also helps because I'll occasionally find a story that has a nice cover but see that I already read/dropped it before because it was trash.
i feel like your way of organizing things is tedious for me since i take the “already read” “reading” and “want to read” quite literally. I tag each story i come across appropriately because I dint really want to stumble upon another story that ive read or dropped again. Atleast that way, I know that it was something ive skimmed or touched
What I do is tag most of the stories with the main themes of it and putting it on its according list (read, want to read, reading). From time to time I check all the pages and eliminate what I don't remember, don't care about anymore or outright start disliking. And for the ones I like most, I just recently created a list to have them handy. But I won't lie, my to be read list keeps growing at a faster pace than I can read lol
I don't know if it's just because I just woke up but this chapter figuratively broke my heart. Strings were pulled, I feel so bad for him. But he's still a rude person lol
