I've not felt so baffled and conflicted over the plot and dynamics of a manhua in some time lol honest to god wished that the friend of MC became the love intrest, I can appreciate not every story having all characters be likeable, but my brother in christ the "ML" putting a literal dark spirit rape curse on his "love intrest"(???) specifically makes him not a Love intrest and just a normal rapey gross ass villain is wild. As i said , imo not every story should/can be fluff but homie should NOT be the intended ML brother- like i said the rape curse is fukcin CRAZY bro, this poor MC bro. The potential is so there for a regular guy to help our MC out at this point(??) and appreciate our baddie more. I know that that would maybe happen in an alternate univerese with some authors atp but. Damn. Man. Im pretty sure i could put money on his friend even dying from ML or some tragedy. Sad face. Was mildy excited when first released for a thicc baddie and god dynamic and now I am mildy left kind of baffled lol

Does anyone know who tops and bottoms? I personally wished the tall blondie bottomed, his dynamic would be mildy fun as so, but im guessing with black haired ML having almost the same design as our beloved uke from dirtiest high that this mangaka likes to use hes the bottom- he has a good and fun energy like our baby from dirtiest high so at least i won't be like super disappointed overall, really wish this weren't omegaverse personally, really dosent need to exist in this setting, dosent add anything in a story that already had a good backbone and I am personally just really tired of seeing A/B/O the last few years, I just want a couple to like eachother as is without the influence of a thing that literally forces them together with hormones they cant control that make them feral instead of a couple falling in love themselves, like i said this is really out of left field for author to add omegaverse for this , just pretty unnecessary i think. Like i said, wish this broke tropes a bit more, I really am not the biggest fan of narcissistic tops even though I know the plot will be he gets humbled or whatever by uke and his acting role id bet but this is nothing i havent seen time and time again, just a top being a normal korean manhua top dynamic- only plus side of this story now is i do like really outgoing and forward ukes, so Ill still at least read for our black haired uke since I do like his vibe despite the cliché
Author is a great writer and one of my fave authors so im sure this will still be mega peak, they just had a really good opportunity to kind of break the mould and add something diffrent to the omegaverse tropes more than just cocky top alpha and smaller beta bottom, but I do really already love the black haired ml honestly either way, hes going to carry this manhua on his mf back dude lol
I have a sneaking suspicion the beta is the top because he has that slightly uncomfortable look on the cover that every other top by this author has I still have hope
