Hyeeun & the professor deserved a worse ending. They got off way too easy. Hyeeun cheated on one of them, and then tried to ruin the career and reputation of the other. And the professor literally assaulted them. Hell even the idol friend was annoying and malicious. I'm tired of this boss
Storys starting with a future scene as their prologues have existed since forever. It's an easy way to intrigue the reader. But, let's imagine the story just starts there like half the comments want it to. With their relationships already established and her leaving.. won't readers then find something even easier to complain about? Like: "hey, why's the story starting in the middle? Why do I keep having to see flashbacks to get context of what's going on and why this person feels like this and why they regret etc. The pacing is terrible!" And yeah, the pacing would be terrible since it's a cliche story with nothing else going on other than the guilty pleasure of mls regretting.
Other character driven storys like this have tried to just start in the future and have had to use flashbacks constantly to show how things developed. Which would be fine, if these storys weren't entirely based off relationships between characters, with less than minimal other plot going on. Not only that, since it's driven by relationships and characters, what's the point if we only see half of their relationship? Won't it be too shallow and surface level then? Won't the regret of letting go of the fmc, not hit the same? Comments make it sound worse than it is, it's literally just one scene of them in the future.

I just binged the whole 1st season omg.. and the brain dead comments are taking sides when its BOTH their faults (Jun for assuming the role of a 'savior' with his superiority complex. His intentions are utilmately to help him but he went about it in the worst way. Idc what anyone yes that IS wrong of him. And obv Yohans crazy ass for immediately resorting to violence and threats.)
God I feel so bad for both of them too BUT ur actually as dumb crazy as Yohan if u think Jun made the wrong thing BY RUNNING AWAY. FROM SOMEONE HURTING HM. AND POSSIBLY DONE WORSE IF HE HADNT LEFT?? ALSO did u not realize Jun saw the shadow of someone in his pupil before he panicked?? He is TERRIFIED of anyone else finding out about his gay secret. that's been the majority of his character arc now. He panicked and he left and yeah Yohan IS pitiful but ARE U DUMB HE CAN BE PITIFUL AFTER HES PUT THOSE HANDS AND TEETH AWAY. Ugh my heart hurts for season 2.... I don't want a bullying arc.. this hurts
SIDE NOTE THO I absolutely adore how well written the characters are. They're morally grey, with fears AND strengths. Enjoyable to read. CALL ME WHEN THE ISSUES OF S2 ARE RESOLVED I WILL NOT TORMENT MYSELF WITH NO BULLYING ARC AND CLIFFHANGERS THAT WOULD COME WITH IT.
I read this when I was much younger so I don't remember it that well but the mc was a highschool boy and he meets this extroverted pretty girl and they start a band together? He was kind of gloomy I think (so, basically a generic setting? gloomy sad little boy x girl who's supposed to make everything alright by being his pixie dream gf) EXCEPT SHE DIES and he goes :0!? and then i go :0!? cause i didnt see that coming at all. I don't remember how she died I think it was an accident, very sad, anyway, he ends up really depressed until he finds a girl who looks JUST like her who also plays the guitar like she did. I think she ends up joining his band (there were other members too I just don't remember them).. that's all I know about it. I don't even remember it being that good I just wonder what happened to it

Its so odd but like in a good way? From the character designs to the world building its so weird but interesting can't wait for more chapters to drop
This manhwa wouldn't be the same in the hands of a different artist. This artist made it look so fantastic it would be impossible to recreate all the incredible atmosphere that she was able to make in each panel. All the characters were oozing charisma, even the ones we didn't want to root for.
Sadly, the fate of this is now completely unknown.
Let me state this as a HUGE early on fan of Roxana: I don't care anymore if this never gets a continuation.
I love this manhwa with my whole being but what happened to the artist is much bigger than that now. The level of cruelty and irony to take parental leave yourself and yet push all that stress on your pregnant employee and refuse her taking any time off after a miscarriage that was probably caused from stress of work I genuinely do not have anymore words for this kind of garbage I'm disgusted, I'm furious, I'm sadly not in shock that assholes like this exist but I'm still disappointed.
I hope she sues. And I hope she heals. Wishing the best for the artist. And sincerely, fuck Kakaoshit.

I can't believe the authors rlly said "hehe~ we never wrote a thriller before~ let's try it~~" and ended up making this piece of art. The plot is very decent, the art is VERY nice (i love the cinematography-esque composition shots) and idc how slow burn the romance might be, I'm too invested in what's happening and I like when authors let the romance develop more naturally (especially in cases like this, they both lost someone they deeply care about, how shallow of them would it be to immediately be attracted to eachother that quickly and pounce?)
SPOILERS:
..I'm very morally conflicted but.. I'm actually rooting for the killer.. he has every right to kill those sick bastards that did that to his baby girl.. but at the same time.. I'm sure the brother (from the small hints we're getting) wasn't on board the plan and was actually trying to help her.. yet I can't help but think of him and the guy who tried backing out and saying he doesn’t need the money anymore as collateral damage because, well, I just can't blame her dad at all.. idk man.. maybe I have too little faith in any justice system but those ugly fuggs high on power really felt no remorse towards what happened I can't even think of them as human beings.. I cried at the scenes between the father and daughter switching as he kills the fourth victim and I couldn't help but root for him to escape safely and get the last and most vile onemm especially since the brother, who was innocent, died. On what basis should the actually guilty get to live? Would a life in prison be more tortuous? Won't he be out eventually with how influential he is? God I hope he dies

This was my favorite manhwa.. The art is just so mesmerizing....
If the author decides to drop it, I can't blame her at all! what she went through was awful and disgusting and I can't believe someone could be so cruel as to do push another human being that far and to that extent.
Let's all collectively spit on that producer and wait that this somehow, someday in the future may have a chance of updating.... amen..
