Any suggestions on how to fix it? It just goes to the checking browser, and I’ve switched my internet several times and waited a few hours(12 to be specific) I turned off my WiFi on my phone and I could access this site but not with wifi. Anyone have any idea what’s happening?

Did you put it in incognito mode?
Is this your first time using the WiFi to access this site from your laptop? Maybe the WiFi is set to block some sites or you've got an anti virus that can block out this site installed. If your phone has a different internet source, you could try connecting it to your computer through hotspot and see what happens...

I have anti virus however it’s never blocked this site before. And I’m certain I gotta renew it anyway. But this site works on my phone and not my laptop for some reason though. Only when my wifi is turned off though. Otherwise it stays on the “one moment” screen and just keeps “loading” for hours with no changes.
Try the incognito mode...or try accessing the site from a different app
