So I wrote a oneshot clubbing fic because this story is on my mind 24/7 and I needed MORE content, so I just made my own lol ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Its on ao3 called “all wound up” by tantansky. Here’s the link: https://archiveofourown.org/works/90710141
FINALLY HEEJAE
Your reasons for being with him aren’t selfish. You genuinely love him. Don’t let the ghost of your past keep haunting you. You loved, you lost, and you have learned how to love again. You are human, and have made mistakes, but don’t let that hold you back from who is right in front of you.
Apologize to him and let him know how much you’ve missed him. He needs to hear that from you more thank anything else right now
AHHHHHHHH
I know I can treat you better than he can
And any girl like you deserves a gentleman
Tell me, why are we wasting time on all your wasted cryin'
When you should be with me instead?
I know I can treat you better, better than he can
—Walter after he finds out that Garam is with that bag of bones instead of him
Genuinely the casual intimacy between these two drives me insane. Like it is so natural and you can tell how much they love and care for each other AAHHHH. Got me blushing while reading istg
Omg heejae you gotta put in the work next season to show you care for Garam. They eating you up in the comments right now now lmao
That last panel of Garam in 121. Damn, I get why the professor has no restraint
“But all I have is my body.”
Han Garam, you don’t know how badly that old man wants exactly that. I pray for what’s about to happen to you. Ain’t gonna be able to walk for a week.
OMG I’m so happy Garam’s debut went well!!! He deserves it really! And him playing Heejae’s piece at the end—WOW. Talk about intimate. These last two chapters have been building us such a strong bond between the two and their music, which is crazy considering how much there already was one
Omg heejae is soooo down bad right now, love to see it.
This chapter was beautiful with the way they talked about music. Garam is complimenting the professor so much without realizing how much it’s affecting him lol
Oh thank god they actually talked it out. I know there’s many more hardships to come because the professor is so goddamn emotionally constipated, but I’m glad 117 didn’t end with violent and angry sex.
Like they can get violent as long as Garam is on board too. You know what I mean?
On a brighter note. I really like Claren! I was so a fraid she was going to fall into the stereotypical “woman character just for the sake of causing tension between the two leads.” But she is so much more.
Yes she adores Heejae, and probably enjoys sleeping with him. And who wouldn’t say no to having sex with your idol? But music comes first for her. Whether that’s Heejae’s or Garam’s. She is very knowledgeable about it and is able to tell Heejae to let Garam play music that fits him instead of trying to make Garam adhere to Heejae’s style.
She also is able to humanize Heejae. Not many people would be on a level to tell the professor that he is harsh, yet human. Not many people would even want to speak to him about such a deep topic. But she is. And does. Slightly edging Heejae to realize that he is human, and with that comes all the strife, but he needs to overcome those emotions for those around him.
She a baddie too~
Professor! You really broke my trust this episode. How could you sleep with Claren just because you and Garam got into a fight! Shame on you.
But for real, the drama in this story is sooooo good. Because everything the Heejae does truly is for Garam, so it’s understandable why he gets hurt when Garam rejects him, especially considering he is so full of himself with him being a maestro and everything.
Garam is like the first person to tear down his walls, but Heejae cannot stand to be vulnerable so he lashes out and sadly it only hurts Garam. But as we know Garam accepts the pain.
The professor really needs to make it up to Garam big time, but I know the next chapter is probably gonna be violent—angry sex that just leaves Garam more hurt. Sigh. I just hate seeing Garam sad :(
I guess I understand, but I can’t believe the amount of people that want the professor to be the bottom. When Garam, the cutest and sweetest boy with the thickest thighs is right there?!
Sorry I gotta write out all my thoughts over the last few chapters now because I was stuck work :( but last one!
DAMN THE START OF THEIR SEXUAL ENCOUNTER WAS SO GOOD. I’ve been praying for times like this since I started the story. But the fact that it started so harsh, while Heejae was lashing out, but then ended up being more caring as they kissed. It kinda reflected how their actual relationship went. Starting cruel then blossoming into something sweeter.
Also the way Heejae marked up Garam’s neck and chest. Like he was worshiping him. And I love how Garam cries during it. Ahhh it makes me want to write a body worship and darcyphilia fanfic.
I can’t wait to see when they go farther. It seems like the professor is going to be teetering the line between gentle and absolute destroying Garam lol
Garam truly is such a kind soul. Remembering the earlier chapters, like season 1 and 2, I constantly remember thinking that if I was Garam I would have dropped if not done something worse to myself. But Garam took the abuse and as the two deepened their relationship he began taking the hurtful words and actions in stride.
He not only began understanding the professor, but wanting to help him as well. He knows that Heejae is a mean person, Someone who will hurt the others around him if he gets scared. Garam isn’t only willing to take the hit, but wants to if it makes Heejae feel better. Because Garam also knows how caring and gentle Heejae can be.
So I think the manager doesn’t actually look THAT much like Garam. I think the professor is seeing the managers as a blurry sort of Garam because he cared so much for the two. He hasn’t seen the manager for at least 10 years and given how things left off and the grief of his death, I doubt the professor looked at very many pictures of him either.
So when he finally meets someone who cares for him like the manager did, he keeps having memories of the past, but can’t quite remember what he looked like, so the memory of the manager ends up taking the form of Garam. The person the professor is currently starting to care for/ fall in love with
Just my interpretation. If we ever get an actual picture of the manager and he looks exactly like Garam I’ll eat my words I guess
I don’t want to needlessly hate Claren, but I really don’t like the way she goes about things. Like I wouldn’t be surprised if she purposely sold 106 just because she wanted to hear Heejae on the piano she preferred rather than the one he did. Like if you are truly such a big fan of his music, you should let him play how he wants instead of leading him towards a certain composer and piano. Like many others, I don’t like how she has spoken to Garam so far either. But I think her character is very intriguing as well, because she genuinely does love music.
Idk, I’m interested to see where her character goes! Hopefully I end up liking her rather than not
