I think nine may be disappointed in melissa. He just mentioned earlier how kind Melissa is but now she's trying to get someone to assassinate her so they can be arrested. Peacock did put a spy but hasn't committed any crimes against Melissa so I don't really feel he's done much wrong yet. I think nine may see this and he is disappointed that the kind Melissa would have a plan like this.
nahh i think he just dont want her to be in danger like they wouldnt know for sure which poison he gonna used,,so it's risky if you use the wrong antidote
kind melissa? lul while i agree melissa is defo nice and whatnot she beat the shit out of multiple people and nine had no issues with that, i don't think that's the reason he is pissed
