Aaah, yes I remember him again! Hmm, that would be an interessting dynamic. With Kirara Hitomi would be seen as the top, but with a possible Susumu I fell like, Hitomi would be make the bottom. Or maybe a switch? I dont recall that the author has any stories with a switch couple.
I though of another possible candidate, bit make its unlikely - kiraras older cousin? How would that sound? (Though I'd like Susumu more)

.Did not finish it but this whole family is a pos and is gonna get what they deserve, they killed his father, poisoned him, that got him manic and amnesic. The ML did a deal with the chancelorl to go and fight a war to keep him alive and not executed as well. Lysbet promised to keep him safe and did a hell of a job by leving him be abused by her brother and fed that black medicine to keep him useless.
