I found the vol 3 raws somehow, the boy from kansai is NOT a love interest, he arrives during the school festival to confront Shusuke and he pretty much still hates him for taking the catcher spot from his friend Akira (but he hates him more for quitting baseball after all that).
Shusuke realizes he loves Makoto too but it's too late because him and Hokuto are together now he still confesses to Makoto (Hokuto's there too) and they kinda establish the rivalry.
Now what do you mean that not only there's a volume 4, but volume FIVE comes out winter 2027??? I am in torture yall i need it to be a trouple. I love Shusuke so much i want him to have a happy ending. I'm never reading a love triangle again cause this is so peak and my heart aches too much it's not fair

anw i cant tell for sure who's gonna be endgame, i like both but i feel like the author has been laying groundwork for Shusuke to be endgame? but fr idk :)) i feel like the best kinda ending imo would be them as a throuple lol, or none because all 3 of them are so precious and it'd hurt me to see 1 being unhappy :( the way the author keeps drawing ALL 3 of them tho... they know how to keep us on edge
Author is evil for writing Shusuke so well but not have him be endgame. I prefer Hokuto but my heart breaks for him so much
