There was this manga that started reading but forgot to add to my list. It was about the short guy that was into BDSM and had a crush on a girl (I think she was his neighbor). I believe his mom was upset that he had the BDSM items and she gave the toys to the girl. The girl tried on one of the harnesses that had and couldn’t take it off so she went to the neighbor to get it unlocked and he teased her.
