God I love this so much. I've been trying to delay reading this as much as possible because I knew it was gonna be good by just basing off of the art and man was I right! It didn't even last 2 days ugh I wish I can forget everything and read it again fresh. I don't know about you all but from the beginning I was rooting for TJ and Ian. I do feel bad for Jo but I think everyone deserved the ending they got.

TJ and Ian's bond isn't something that can be easily replaced or disappear. If you go through with someone like that it's just natural and inevitable. I think both of them got the best ending because they've been toxic for each other for a long time because they think they're trying to protect each other but in their own cruel ways. I'm glad author-nim gave them the happiness they deserved. Both of them needed that 2 years to reset their minds and do something different before meeting each other again. If you think about it it took a looot of time, They took a lot of time to finally be free.

As for Jo, Ian was right to let him go. The moment Jo was about to shoot someone I knew that became a turning point for Ian to make his decision. If they both ended up together, I feel like Jo will change and bend himself just to keep Ian. That sounds toxic to me. Ian probably thought of that as well and he just doesn't want to pull someone towards the darkness, the very place he wanted to get out himself. It's such a bummer though that we never get to see what happens to Jo. I feel like his ending is so open but I guess that's what's also good about it? He is travelling, constantly meeeting new people and experiencing new things. Ian gave him that freedom.

I am happy that they're all free now. Sad that I have nothing else to read again lol. Please recommend more for me to read that is similar to Wet Sand! <3
