I have been following this manga for almost 6 or 7 years, at first it was an amazing manga, it was so fun to read most especially the thrill that you get from each update but lately it got to a point that the story begins to be boring and not make excited like when you started reading, there is too much side stories. I Hope that they lessen the side stories and focus more on the main story like answering the questions that we wanted to be answered like:
a. why is kyoko's mother so angry to her that it resulted in her leaving her daughter to someone? who is her father? and what happened between them that it resulted for her to become cold to her daughter?
b. will kyoko eventually know "corn" is tsuruga ren?
c. when will tsuruga ren and kyoko be able to recognize their feelings for one another?
d. when will kyoko be a professional actress where she acts in main role and not only a side kick.
this manga picked my interest at first for the following reasons like the love between ren and kyoko and her ability or talent to develop such an intense skill that she can portray her character so well.
I Hope that this manga will be as exciting as it started.

Your a. question, have you not read the last few chapters? The story about Kyoko and her mother are resolving now, so are Kyoko's feelings (and this will lead probably to more sucessful acting...hence the Love Me section). The whole story is progressing perfectly, not too slow, not too fast.
As for other stuff that we all want to know (which you mentioned in the post) for sure it will be answered soon. Kyoko's traumatic feelings towards her mother and her past is the main thing that held Kyoko from other stuff. When this is over, I'm guessing her success and romance will start to blossom.
I have read the latest chapter and yes I agree with you, starting chapter 225 up to the latest chapter this manga became exciting and I once again started to enjoy reading and waiting its update patiently. You are definitely right that some of our questions will eventually progress its just that I hope that the following chapters would be exciting and worthwhile as the previous 3 chapters and will not leave us hanging.
But I do understand your feelings. Like yourself, I too follow this manga for so many years. I don't want it to end ever (because that would mean I wouldn't be this delighted for a shoujo manga again) and I want it to end soon at same time because I wanna see everything that's gonna happen NOW (and I miss Ren so much). 30 pages per month really isn't much (although Nakamura sensei is working full power). It's one arc or so per year. Just hope she won't go hiatus before she finishes the manga.
As for storytelling in SB, I really wouldn't have it any other way.

I can't believe her mom, to deny her own child and telling to all that she does not have a child that is unacceptable, whoever listens this would get hurt, come on you carried your child for 9 months in those 9 long months did you not develop a love for that child? No matter the reason even if you hate the father of that child you cannot deny that the child inside you is not your child, that child is your flesh and blood will you not consider her, show her your love, support and care for her, money is not the answer to all problems, hope kyouko will overcome this part of her life, I hope she will be a successful actress well known internationally that is a slap to her mother!
