It would've been soooo goooood if this didn’t have r*pe and was longer. I loved the idea of the serpent being betrayed by a human he loved, loses trust on humanity and becomes cruel.
Like, he could’ve been cruel, but in a redeeming kinda way. The human was perfect as is. Meeting the serpent with the same intension as all the other humans, but for reasons that would make the readers side w him. He fcks around and gets found out. It’s alright that the human gets confined, since the serpent needed him to grow back his horns. They could've gotten to know each other NORMALLY w/o the r*pe. That just being near each other would've helped the growth. If it were longer, showed the readers the MCs character development and a more gradual progression of them falling for each other, it wouldve made the ending SO GOOD.
