Are you taking ibuprofen AKA advil for cramps? That medication is by far the most effective for me. It's an N SAID an anti inflammatory. It can be hard on the liver and kidney, and you should eat something with it. If your period cramps don't get better with medication, I would recommend seeing a doctor.
