so khaki guy created the lycans (as means of population control for the vampires)? but he is a vampire... tho he calls the lycans his "children"? or does he refer to the vampires there? cuz he seems their "godfather" in a way..... hence lee hwa and hyung are not in any way related (cuz last chapter kinda implied khaki & ino as hyung's set of parents, tho khaki guy is also "related" to lee hwa via his dad and ino sorta via his mom... @~@; sorry, just trying to work out family relations here) seriously, this kinda feels a bit like the underworld movies....

many thanks ^^ still, lee hwa explicitly refers to Ino as "uncle", thereby indicating not necessarily biological relations, but a familial connection nevertheless...??? plus, Ino - like khakia - seems kinda superior to other lycans (like khakia seems to be the "original" vampire, fathering all of them), for example towards lee hwa's mum (or is that just due to him being a "female" lycan, unlike Ino, who is a "male"lycan)? So is Ino a special type of lycan? (I get it has nothing to do with lee hwa's mum being a "berserker"; that's due to him being a hybrid thanks to his hubby.)

Np... ^_^ I think Lee Hwa refers to Ino as his uncle bcz he grew up seeing Ino with his Khakia....so I guess instead of Khakia being his grandpa he refers Ino as his uncle?:- Nd Ino is supposed to be the head of lycans since his big brother is dead but the evil whitehead vampire took over the clan illegally (sry lol il there's no such thing there as illegal hehe) so he ends up as the head of lycans...nd Khakia takes care of Hwagok bd Lee Hwa or Seol hyun cuz Hwagok marked his son as his partner ... Lee Hwa was his grandson as the result nd Seol hyun was his partner...so they became his responsibility since his ancestors were marked by the lycans
