K explained it himself that the reason he was able to lay eggs was because he was no longer stressed. The farm is for livestock that are unable to make good produce, but as you can see with M and K, it's not impossible to produce anything if they're given the right circumstances. And like I told you, subtext matters. There was no hint towards K and A having that kind of relationship, otherwise I might've speculated and maybe even agreed that there could've been something deeper between K and A.
The only thing I can see being plausible is if they got extremely drunk and had sex and ended up blacking out, leading K to not remember what happened because his demeanor doesn't hint to it at all.
and even still, its unlikely he got pregnant regardless of whether or not they had sex
