I read the novel a while back and it's funny cuz after the Hawaii Arc I genuinely came to love Psycho Wooyeon but maaan oh man Inseob pissed me off up till the last side story. I'm pretty sure his health issues have nothing to do with his heart and all to do with his lack of backbone

Idk but the manhwa makes inseob as if he doesn't have his own thoughts and is just stupidly and madly inlove with wooyeon. He has more character in the novel imo (although still in love with wooyeon) and i wish it translated on the manhwa.
