I feel like Manami knows about the relationship or has an inkling about it. And I think Takahiro is either oblivious to what's in front of him, or he already knows about Misaki and Usagi-san and is putting it off for a chapter twister later on and is hoping to break them apart to give more drama to the story line. But what I love the most about the last chapter was that Takahiro was so happy about his "little brother and best friend" being so close, and the next page is a sex scene. The only explanation mentioned in the story (why Ein is supposed to be killed) is that Yanek's father wants revenge for his son.
Yanek being alive and wanting revenge would be a little bit off. That would mean that he either faked his death or managed to survive without being noticed by the police.
I guess I missed the throat cutting.... oh boy... or maybe there is a way for him to somehow be alive... you never know :/ but it's clear someone wants revenge (⊙…⊙ )
Ein said it with the woman just before the flashback, it's Yanek's father. And it seems more possible to me.
