i rarely leave reviews but this was just soooo disappointing……..
season 1 started off with so much promise! the pacing, humour, art, evolution of their relationship, and characterization were all top tier. but season 2 started, and literally everything aforementioned downgraded so terribly.
the pacing and art became flat, the humour became slapstick and formulaic jokes slapped on literally every situation, their relationship became a joke - and the man basically turned from *dog that FL wanted to treat as a human* into *child with dog-like characteristics that we’re expected to like*??
truly disappointing. don’t waste your time reading it if you’re considering binging.
