The whole situation in the beginning irritated me. Like others have said, this hardworking mc gets tricked going to an island with nothing, but the clothes on his back. God fobid a very confused person processes his emotions at the table for a second. The ML just had to make a snide remark like mc was a child throwing a tantrum.
