At certain points you can, there are windows while the fetus is developing that penetration is ill advised, but during early and late stages of pregnancy intimacy is fairly normal, however, deeper penetration is and should be avoided and it's more genital stimulation between couples during pregnancy. Fun fact, if the pregnant person passes their due date, they can induce labour by penetrative sex (as advised by a medical professional that it it safe for both mother and the baby to do so).
