hi^^ i literally just made an account because i wanted to know if anyone else was having the same issues.
i’ve found that recently the sight has been basically unusable, because of the various malware and pop ups that constantly get in the way. there’s two kinds of it, the first (which is the most annoying) is when every two seconds it tries to take you to another website saying your phone has been hacked (it hasn’t) and has a ton of explicit ads on the actual page. the second is much more manageable, it doesn’t take you anywhere but offers a lot of ads you have to close out of constantly. i use this website because the scans i usually read has an annoying website where the comics sometimes don’t show up (it’s a popular team that often translates fantasy/action manhwas).
is anyone else having these issues? is there any solution? i’ve been using mangago for years and it’s never been this bad, but i’m getting so frustrated having to constantly close out tabs or ads :/. i promise i’m not just impatient, as it’s been happening to me for months now, but i really just want to read in peace;;
search for ad blockers or content blockers as extension for your browser. There are a lot. The best one is uBlock Origin for Mozilla browser, it takes care of all ads everywhere on the internet.
So you can use adblockers on android, but I'm guessing you use iPhone, in which case you're fucked bc Apple doesnt allow adblocks. The only adblocks you can use on Apple are AdGuard Pro and NextDNS, which are both paid system wide adblockers. The closest free solution is to use Firefox Focus for iOS, which will get rid of all the trackers.

Literally I never had any of this problem because I have an account. This only happen when you read without an account, so always logged in. Fueru
Omfg all of u are lifesavers. I recently got a new tablet n noticed the same problem and i have adblock turned on. I have a login but I guess I didn't realize I had to login every single time. I just logged in and ads went away!!!!
I am having the same issue. Terribly sad considering this site was so awesome. I hope it is a bug and the actual owners didn't do it on purpose, I mean it would undermine the whole site. So maybe it's a virus?
I keep getting kicked out right after logging in and the pop ups make me want to snap my phone in half. This used to be an awesome site and now I just hate it

The ads shouldn't be there once youake an account. That being said, reading lists and site glitches mean you ought be logged out every so often. They are working to fix it though
