They weren't necessarily compared, I just thought about it since the first couple gave off a more cute vibe while the second one gave off a more wild vibe ╮(￣▽￣)╭ in my opinion

Well, I always refrain myself from reading ongoing mangas. Probably because It takes so long to update (I hate waiting) and sometimes completely forget the story and characters in case it updates
