this is JUST a manga aggreggators site where they take/get (sometimes even without permission) the translation from a voluntary scanlation team. scanlation team are also people like us but volunteered to buy and translate the manga/webtoon they like.
it just simply means that no scanlation team has picked up the title nor is anyone interested.

It's an interesting concept but everything seemed to happen very rushed and a bit confusing. The concept at the end is a bit corny as well. Some of the proportions in here are hilarious though.
