Hmmm, okay so , let's start with eden the paladin , when mc gets caught and confined , he ,with saintess and a neighbouring kingdoms king comes to rescue her (eden lost an eye ) then mc kills reneiero alone , after empror died and mc fell asleep in the lake , eden stayed for 150-170 yrs on that world (he and mc don't age as a price for resurrecting ml) after helping people for that many years he returns to his world through that gate , and lives in earth, he also found Mc's body in a hospital (he and mc were in coma for 1 or 2 years) he's a rich son of a politician .
Saintess kinda betrays mc by not telling her about her not being a saintess anymore (mc got in trouble because of her) saintess remembers the past (saintess is the one who rewined time and asked to revive eden , but his soul got switched and she knows that ) as a price she lost her powers , but later she regrets and helps eden because she loves him anyways , when they are running away from palace after rescuing MC ,the pursuing Soldier shoot her down by an arrow and she dies protecting eden .(eden doesn't love her nor the past eden ) she's became a victim because to Gods, the god of mercy was a pushover , no god wanted to handle the case of evil God(evil god is a newborn god whose still a child but is evil and wants to destroy teh world ), but god of mercy chose to do it through his saintess .....he took all the suffering and gave it to his saintess because hes the fkin god of mercy and is ready to suffer for NOTHING in return ,when she knew of it she cried and betrayed him rewinding time to get her beloved eden back but it didn't worked out as she wanted (They make a wish with "providence" is a formless power that runs the world and laws , he fulfills a wish by making them pay a fair price , it's a bit tricky though , you don't know what the price is until you actually go through it )

When mc woke up it was already more that 500yrs , it was a time similar to 1800s ,train and all existed , ex empror was so Confued haha ,nobody recognized mc and empror now , the stories were twisted (mostly believed it was the neighbouring king who took down the empror, some speculated it was the empress who killed him but wasn't proven and was thought to an absured thing because empress was a normal human , very few runmors said the empress was actully a saint ,nobody believed it though (only temple knew it), mc told the king to take the credit , she was supposed to be asleep til everyone forgot them and the world changes again and again ,so 500 yes passed)
The temple considered mc their saviour , and were ready to do anything for her , If she left their world, something very bad would happen but they gave her full freedom to choose, because she is not of this world and is not obligated to sacrifive herself for them anymore, if she want she can return but she stayed for them and the empror ,then she dies in earth where she was in coma and eden gets to know she stayed their (btw she has total control over emprors body , it was her second wish , so he can't harm anyone , but she didn't choose to control his mind because bit too much. She wanted to make him suffer like he did to her, totally controled but empror wasnt phased and accepted his situationlike its natural ,mc was mad because he didnt care ,though empror do loves mc, ending is an open ending )

In that mc decides to return , leaving the empror alone ordering him to never harm anyone on whim and never build a country or anything to rule on(poor him waiting for her like a dog outside the cave just to get abandoned ) , and wakes up from coma after 3 or 5 years I guess , her hospital bills were paid by eden because mc is poor (she doesn't recognise him at start because he is actually older that her , but looked younger and is handsome) They search for that novel but it doesn't exist , they found some clue and searches for the author ,they found a run down house in deep jungle , and there lived the author , the god of tunia paying the price of his wish (his wish to providence was to make the empror attracted to previous saintes ,because he didn't react at all when meeting her , he can't recognise faces , after the wish empror was obsessed with her without killing her , and btw empror fell for our MC naturally ) They were confused how he's here , and in that world as well?? It turned out when saintess reversed time (it was before the wish was made) a part of god stayed in that world , and the real one is here on earth living in seclusion .

When mc was captured , ML killed a noble women (she tried to poison mc because they all thought mc doesn't deserves to be empress and empror caught her and kileld her in a really gruesome way) and faked mcs death , everyone thought she died , eden joined hands with revolutionaries/neighbouring country spies to Kill the empror ( he was pretty sad when he heard mc died , he was in depression )
The only part I didn't liked was where mc was confined with NOTHING in the room, empror figured out when she's alone with nothing , he's her only happiness (she clinged to him when he came to meet her) empror enjoyed mcs reaction, her mental condition wasn't really well and she deluded herself maybe she actually loves him and waited for him all day Like a dog ( she did liked him all along but wasn't in ACTUAL 100% love ) (Poor her , she was like " I don't mind being confined for a while , if he treats me with love and provides me with necessities here maybe I will actually start loving him" which she would have if he didn't pulled that "giving absolutely nothing" shit ( I mean he did fed ,bathe,dress her but that was OBVIOUSLY not enough, humans are social creatures, and mc actually started to live naked because she thought it's bothersome to dress when no ones gonna see her anyway except empror) every hour was a lot for her , empror was busy running the country so he didn't have much time to spend everyday, when he left for was she was devastated (that's when she got rescued ,she got to know he left for weeks and felt betrayed because he didn't tell her anything and she waited for him ,again naked like always ) though it was weird how soon mc breaked ( like it happened in one day, who am I to say Mayne she was very stressed and already weak to go through all that )
