Or bro went batshit crazy from like a concussion or something, killed his dad, woke up from his mental state and because his brain still wobbly he thinks its Guwon

The reason *could* be that he has severe PTSD which his nightmares seem to hint at. And maybe the nightmares are an event we don't know yet. But for Guwon he doesn't need a reason as he's proved with others, he kills anyone he deems as not useful including the doctors wife and kids. I don't think he did it though because that wouldn't be much of a twist and the author seems better than that lol
