tbh since I can't read korean it was a little confusing, but from what I saw Myung-ha's mother's cancer treatment isn't doing good, so the doctor told Myung-ha that they can do a drug/clinical trial. But obviously that isn't going to be cheap, so he asks his regular (that chick with the black bob) to give him the money.

Then the regular goes on about how she would love to do that for him blah, blah, blah, but then she brings up marriage and basically asks Myung-ha to get married. Something about her age, that she likes Myung-ha, etc., Myung-ha's opposed to this because he's dating Jung-Won, but then she kind of threatens Myung-ha to break up with Jung-Won or he won't get the money.

Then we see Jung-Won about to go to sleep, but receives a phone call from her telling him to come see something. So Jung-Won goes to a hotel and finds Myung-ha and the regular there. The regular tells Jung-Won to sit on a chair next to the bed, asking him "Haven't you always wondered what I do when I go out with Myung-ha?". Jung-Won say's no, the regular says "Then it doesn't matter what I do, right?".

The regular then tells Myung-ha to strip, then she slaps him across the face, takes his belt and strangles him with it. Jung-Won get's up to stop her, Myung-ha tells him to stay put. Then the regular stops strangling him, makes him give her oral, then pulls his face away and pisses on him. Jung-Won looks like he's about to throw up, and runs out of the room.

Basically saying it would be a win-win situation for the both of them. Jung-Won refuses, the regular says it's because you're dating Jung-Won, and threatens Myung-ha to break up with Jung-Won or she won't give him the treatment money.

Then it cuts to Jung-Won about to go to sleep, but receives a call from the regular, and she tells him she wants him to see something.
