There is an arc where Crack returns and tries to ruin their life. He fails. (I don't remember this arc in detail, but I will try)
There is also some chapters focused on ice and grizzly (?). They end up together. (Sorry, I skipped these chapters! They do end up owning a restaurant though)

Can you tell me more about their daily lives and how crack returns and fails? I'm really curious!
Doctor works as an university professor. MJ volunteers at an animal shelter, and if I remember correctly, he later decides to study again. MJ also bought a house for them to live in. They are cute! Doctor brings flowers and desserts for MJ all the time. And they never throw away the flowers, they decorate them all over the house!
In the beginning, doctor used to have panic attacks and hallucinations of 'Father' but it got better later on. In last chapter(s), they exchanged rings, but I don't remember if they were proposal rings or promise rings.
About Crack, I don't remember a much! Ice met Doctor and told him that Crack is back and is planning to take down MJ. He was petty that MJ was free from it all. He planted a bomb somewhere and either wanted to put blame on MJ and get him back in jail...or he wanted the doctor and MJ to die in the bombing.
Doctor convinced Ice to play the double agent and that ultimately lead to Crack's plans failing. Crack went into hiding with no possibility of return. I don't remember how exactly the plan failed but mainly Ice betrayed Crack.
Ice was also free from all the shady business after this.
Wait. Are ice and Crack the blonde and the other who saved mj and doc many times? I remember the blonde not liking the doc. I don't think its them but I don't remember who this ice and Crack are
Ice was the one worked with MJ and helped him and doc

Ohhh i also wanted to ask, what about the bottom’s wife and kid? they aren’t mentioned much in the end of the manhwa. is there anything more about them in the novel? especially during the 7 years the bottom waited for MJ. did he visit his kid or something like that?
i mean ex wife* but yes. they’re barely mentioned after the big incident near the end… got me a little worried

Both were mentioned! Ex-wife remarried and doctor said she looked happy in her wedding pictures.
Doctor and his daughter's relationship got better. It was mentioned that she was bitter towards him when she was young but it got better once she started middle school. They meet for meals occasionally.
His daughter correctly guessed that he has a lover (and a male lover at that!). Doctor was shocked to hear this but she said something like 'knowing about this stuff'.
Later on, doctor told MJ that he is going to invite his daughter to stay with them over vacation and introduce him to her!

Doctor does mention MJ's real name a few times. It's mostly during intense moments (ahem! including naughty ones).
MJ had asked doctor to call him by his real name, because even though he only had bad memories of that name, he wanted to accept all those memories and move on, instead of avoiding them ╥﹏╥
However, the name was not revealed to the readers.
