Well not really lost, but it feels like "we're" missing out on things and only fed bits and pieces to join together a story instead of being portrayed one (in the later chapters that is).

Still a good read though, would've been better if it wasn't so "compressed". as another commentator pointed out; they had so much conversation but the important things weren't said. - applies to the full story to be honest. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Regarding my confusion on chapter 8-9, it was mostly about Adain seeing a child version of Jonak in bed with him after Jonak told Adain about seeing a priest taking advantage of impoverished orphans; reason why he wasn’t devout. I was lost until I realized maybe it was Adain comparing himself because he was also "taking advantage" of the "impoverished" Jonak (and village) for his own gain which is why he had that dream. (Which we know in the later chapters that this "taking advantgae of" by Adain is a supposed tactic to make Jonak cop-out of asking Adain for favor(s); just like how he did with previous humans who kept asking him for blessings by asking them for their lives in return - which he knows they won't be able to give up, and he thought the same thing would be able to work for Jonak which it didn't).

And he gets jealous really easily He likes to know where the mc is at all times if the mc doesn’t pick up he’s calls he finds where he is and comes over he doesn’t like when people are too close with mc even if it’s just his friends etc but overall he’s really kind to the mc he doesn’t try to rape him or anything or hurt him intentionally and forget to mention he also had a photo album of the MC before they started dating but overall the MC doesn't really care he kinda sorta likes it sorry for ranting っ -｡

No he's not a green flag. The ML himself knows it and admits it, the MC knows it and everyone around them knows it. But I guess it's tough to find a 100 percent normal guy around here in mangaverse who is loyal, rich, handsome and not-creepy-obsessive. But the Mc likes it so ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

other comments are right on the money about what I meant, and yeah mc is into it (and so am I) but doesn't mean he's a green flag haha.
