There are two possible reasons that this happened
(1) Your topic contained flagged words such as other manga hosting sites, social media sites, foul words, etc. It is set that if your topic contains such words, your topic will automatically be deleted.
(2) The tab/page has been 'idle' for too long. If you are not interacting with buttons and hyperlinks for a while, the browser will load and display the cached site page, meaning what you're currently seeing is the 'downloaded for offline use'. So when you click on the Post button, it will refresh the page instead.
This issue can be fixed by
(1) Removing/Replacing words which you think are flagged
(2) Copy the text you typed, refresh the page, paste the text, and then post. This way, you wont lose any of the text you typed.

I'm confused. Why are ppl hating the ML? We're at the arc where he hasn't yet completely fallen in love with FL. He did hurt her and pushed her away but later regretted it, took care of her which i believe is a normal human behavior.
He's learning how to treasure her which is more pleasing to read rather than an "ideal perfect ml with no flaws".
ML attempts to confine FL within his own "safe yet luxurious" cage. He forbids her from doing what she wants and tries to isolate her from others. His protectiveness is a bit excessive, bordering on obsessive.
It is worth noting that the woman had already spent most of her life inside a "cage" before marrying him.
Marriage to ML was supposed to mean freedom for the FL, yet unfortunately, he seeks to confine her just as her family once did.
While I understand his reasons, I still feel that his obsessive protectiveness goes too far.
The only one good thing is ML plan to create knight order. It means ML is now also proactively creating stronger defense around his people (FL included) and his territory.
