In case it wasn't clear, qiuyu's mom did say that she dislikes yicheng. But yicheng was just having a dream manifesting his insecurities, i.e. he dreamt about qiuyu saying the same thing as his mom.
For those of you saying he shouldn't pressure him like that, remember that yicheng put the pressure on himself. qiuyu said himself it's fine if he fails. Cause he's a daddy with money. But if yicheng wants to pursue something, he'll help however he can. Cause he's a daddy with capital. yicheng wants to show that he doesn't need pampering in order to get his boyfriend's mother's approval.
Also when qiuyu says that he wants them to break up, he's just saying he's worried imo. Obviously he didn't say that when he should've. I would just say he's being overly honest.
Although a part of him wants them to break up, he never expresses genuine disapproval over the relationship (unlike his mother).
In my mind, qiuyu's always been a worry-er and an insecure coward when it comes to relationships (with some exceptions). He's the type to warn others about the hard path he's taken rather than invite them to do the same. But when the other party accepts the disclaimer (ie fuck off qiuyu i won't break up) I'm sure qiuyu will support however he can.
While taking his path does not guarantee happiness, not taking his path guarantees unhappiness (if ya'll remember that dude who cheated on his wife and kids with qiuyu, he chose not to take the hard path and forever fucked himself cause he's gay).
But it's still tempting to think about a life free from societal disapproval, esp when in a country where it's a bigger deal than you might think.

it's very problematic to support your friend from one side and tell him to break up from the love of his life from the other side.hmm I can't see it has a full support or care for his friend real feelings, cause if he did he would have listen to what he have to say about this first instead of jumping on "break up" train right away cause it a little harder then other paths. in that scene the MC is kind of narrow minded like his mother and it isn't a good thing to his character since his mother was the worse.
life is hard either path you take, some paths are harder but in the end of the day life will always be hard no matter what you do with them so you might has well do what makes you happy.
so I can't say I agree with MC point of view and him put pressure on his BF using his mom his another problematic issue that I can't really say much about. it just isn't fair in my eyes to use his mom like that even if he think it would do good for his bf.
Uploading to this site isn't the problem. Not adding credits isn't the problem. The real problem is saying you translated when you, in fact, did not.
The uploader seems to have fixed the problem in the latest chapter. But any scan group that expect their releases to stay on the site is full of double standards.
Check that, Stan Straykids is still claiming credit in ch9, but the anon uploader added proper credits.
Anon uploader took down the other chapters and random notices and reuploaded chapters 8 and 9 with proper credits. Stan stray kids seemed pretty adamant about not taking down their chapters or adding proper credits in some other comments here.
I think most scan groups know their work getting reuploaded is inevitable, but they expect the basic decency of not having others claim credit for their work.
