Art is good but everything else is boring! All the characters are inconsistent in personality and motivation. Plots are introduced and immediately solved or ignored. MC doesn't seem to care about ANY of the other people he left behind in his old world or the organization that he was leading. Ya know, the one that he probably spent his whole life building and working towards? Yeah, that one. Things happen on screen or in an instant and we are given no clue as to how it happened or was even possible given the circumstances. Story might as well have been written by a 13 yr old.
He didnt spend his whole life tho? He inherited it from his father and isekaid in his 20s. He also took over the Central Planes because he was furious about losing his lover and again he was in his mid 20s by then. Everything hes done if you payed attention is so he can be with the woman he loves. His top priority by a LONG SHOT has always been his lover and if you also noticed he had retainers in his sect that were as if not more capable of handling affairs in his sect. He glossed over it because because if you noticed during the small time he was still in murim everyone he was close to was capable and they literally let him go off on his own to find his lover cuz they understood how much she meant to him. The entire story is literally about a man who lost his lover and is willing to do anything to be with her and make her happy. Also no one is inconsistent, theyre GROWING as individuals. Aka character growth??? Cant tell if ur serious or not but if its ragebait for having low media literacy then it worked.
I managed to suffer through the first 5 chapters before giving up. There's no set up for the MC. He's being bullied and suddenly gets to be a part-time boss? Of course he becomes a super high level op boss. Guy is on easy mode and has no personality to speak of. Art is fine I guess. Unremarkable to be sure. Won't be continuing.
This was just horrific. Rape everywhere and not a word to dispute the idea that omega's exist just to be raped by alpha's. Not a f*cking word. I was so uncomfortable reading this. And a person whose job in a bloody highschool is to have sex with the students? GROSS! The relationship with the main pair was so disturbing, and I really hated the attempt to paint the seme as a good guy who treats omegas well considering he literally blackmailed and raped the uke so many times - the uke was clearly so uncomfortable and disgusted by the act but the seme didn't care, and honestly I can't quite buy that that feeling just went away because the art in regards to the facial expressions wasn't terribly diverse in my opinion. So yeah, 1/5 0r 0/10 if I could, hated every second of it.
Honestly I love them but their relationship isn't healthy. Yuki knows what he wants and Ryouji can't give him that which just leads to a self-destructive cycle that negatively effects both of them.
you know I thought about this too, at ch 5 he said he was basically jelous and showing signs of love, he said he thinks he has a fetish for him but maybe I think it's because he has never loved someone before and can't tell the difference between fetishes and love, it might take him a while but if he lets Ryouji help him with that I'm sure they can built up to a happy and healthy relationship for both pats
i honestly don't see how this relationship is making them worse/unhealthy. You make it sound like Ryoji being unable to hit Yuki is reason he [Yuki] goes around getting into fights, but Yuki was self-destructive all on his own and only calmed down once he met Ryoji who can satisfy some of his masochistic desires (rough sex and occasional sex toys). Ryoji is definitely not making Yuki self-destructive, Yuki actually takes better care of himself because he knows Ryoji (and his mom) would get upset if he gets too beat up. The relationship isn't perfect at this point, but it's far from one fraught with issues.
And why does only Yuki get to have his sexual desires fully realized, but Ryoji who is not a sadist have to "put" up with only Yuki's preferences? I really liked the chapter during the school trip arc where Ryoji is like we will do it my way then your way. That is what a marriage of differing sexual preferences i think should be like compromising on who's way they get to experience
Read the part where Ulysses like drugged and sexually assaulted Rudolph and I am not happy. He literally drugged him, threatened him with physical violence by demonstrating he was physically capable of harming him, manipulated him and sexually assaulted him. And he doesn't feel the least bit guilty, like at all. You would think him being aware of all the shit his friends and people he's known have gone through, he'd know that that isn't a thing you do, especially if you're aiming to win them over and get them to fall for you. I actually kind of hate him now? I don't want them to end up together, at all. But if they are I'm gonna need to see some real genuine guilt and apology, and maybe just let Rudolph or someone beat him up real real good. But yeah, I'm just... really disappointed with this, I'm like actually genuinely distraught. Given everything that has happened in this manga or webtoon or whatever, I honestly would have thought it would be different, that it wouldn't fall into that specific trope and at this point it has. And... I don't know how it's going to play out from here but I am not currently on board with this direction. I'm loving the rest of it though. Just not this specific part.

After chapter 31. Sexual assault, rape, and just overall toxic shit. not for me.
Lol I also dropped this at around ch 30 too idk I really didn't like the Ml. Like I get he's obsessive but like he really didn't care abt MC's consent. I understand that there' people who like this kinda trope but for me personally it felt really uncomfortable to continue reading
