Im all for redemption n all but i dont think the mother deserved to see hyesungs family at all. She made a conscious choice to abandon that little kid and leave him with an abusive man and went on to have a whole other family. she deserved to be left alone like that as the consequences of her decisions. I mean she did deserve a better life but she should have brought hyesung w her. Where is the accountability

While I kind of agree that it's completely valid to not have any contact with your parents after being abonded or something, the son is his own person and has his own relationship with the grandmother. He can respect your decision, but she should also respect his.
